Yes! We will have a delicious dinner buffet (with vegetarian & vegan options) and drinks available throughout the event. This year we are excited to feature members of the Street Vendor Project! All tickets include dinner and drinks.
When you register, please let us know if you have any specific allergies or dietary restrictions so we can be sure to have options available for you.
-
Yes! We will be assigning tables to ensure that everyone has a place to sit. Sponsorships will come with either a half (5 seats) or a full table (10 seats).
If you are purchasing an individual ticket, you are welcome to indicate in the notes if there is someone in particular you would like to be seated with and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you don’t indicate who you’d like to sit with, we will seat you with friends and/or a group we think you might enjoy getting to know!
-
Yes! Children are welcome and we plan to have some special activities set up just for them. Children 3 and under don’t need tickets, but please purchase tickets for children over 3 so we can be sure to save them a seat and provide enough food.

The event will take place at the St. Frances Cabrini Shrine at 701 Fort Washington Avenue, New York, NY 10040. When you look up directions to the event, make sure you include our zip code, as there is another similar address in Manhattan.
By Train: Take the A train to 190th Street. Use the elevator (not the tunnel), which will let you out at Fort Washington Ave. The St. Francis Cabrini Shrine is directly across the street and to the left, behind the stone wall. You will see signs for the event outside.
By Bus: Take the M4 bus to 190th St.
By Car: From Manhattan, take the Henry Hudson Parkway North and Riverside Drive towards Fort Washington Avenue. Turn left on Fort Washington Avenue. Parking at the event space is limited.

We’re celebrating rain or shine! The event will take place under a tent to keep everyone dry in case of rain.

This event will be casual and celebratory (and if you came last year, you know that you might even want to get up and dance when La Cumbiamba ENeYe takes the stage!). So wear whatever you’re comfortable in! Keep in mind that the event will be on the Shrine lawn, so we wouldn’t recommend heels.
